If you are heading South on I-81 Get off Ex 307 - Shenandoah Valley Blue Ridge Mountains Road Trip

When you get of The Stephens City Exit make a right and a fast Left on Route 11 this road runs along side I-81 and is a GREAT drive as well.

U.S. 11, the Old Valley Pike, a lightly traveled, mostly two-lane road that covers the same route at a more leisurely pace. As a city dweller, I often pull over to watch newborn farm animals scampering in the fields.
